About The Position

Responsible for the ongoing production, administrative support, and custom development of the enterprise ServiceNow (SN) platform.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Associate Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years dedicated strictly to ServiceNow development and administration.

Nice To Haves

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing production support, resolve defects, and troubleshoot access controls.
  • Create and maintain connections between SN and platforms such as GitHub, Azure DevOps Server, and Active Directory.
  • Maintain the platform interface for the Service Portal, Employee Center, and Web Services (API).
  • Design, create, and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
  • Configure the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module and build custom workflows for HR processes.
  • Maintain and revise custom JavaScript code within scoped applications.
