About the Role We’re looking for a hands‑on technology leader to drive our business application architecture and build a modern Identity & Access Management (IAM) function. You will shape the future of our application landscape, improve integration and security, and establish enterprise‑wide identity governance.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in solution architecture with strong experience in enterprise applications and integrations.
  • Proficient in IAM, including Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, Active Directory, MFA, SSO, and access governance.
  • Solid understanding of authentication standards (SAML, OAuth, OIDC) and identity lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in overseeing and managing complex projects.
  • Leadership competencies relevant to prospective IAM or IT management positions
  • Ability to simplify complex environments, define enterprise standards, and lead cross‑functional initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Lead solution architecture for core business applications, ensuring scalability, integration, and simplification.
  • Govern application design standards and drive modernization across platforms.
  • Develop a governance framework Identity & Access Management and establish an IAM platform using Entra P1 and P2 plans.
  • Define and implement a standardized set of job roles and access privileges to harmonize and simplify access across the company.
  • Improve onboarding, offboarding, and mover processes by tightening IAM controls, automating identity lifecycle steps, and ensuring timely, correct access provisioning and deprovisioning.
  • Build and operate the IAM function across identity lifecycle, Microsoft Entra ID / AD governance, MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, RBAC, and privileged access.
  • Enhance automation for identity governance and application integration.
  • Actively collaborate with existing M365, EntraID and Cloud teams as well as other application owners.
  • Work closely with the IT Project Management Office and provide consulting support to IT teams as well as different business units
  • Partner with CSRO, HR, and Business stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access management.
  • Build a team of professionals to drive the Identity & Access Management function.
