The Senior IT Technical Analyst is a member of the Global Network Services team, which is responsible for all aspects of Global Network, IT Infrastructure including, but not limited to, WAN, MAN, LAN, WiFi, Voice & Collaboration. This person will support, monitoring and lead network deployments, adhere to selected best practices and defined security policies, document of key network components. Include IP switching/routing/WAN and wireless technologies, remote access and security technologies such as firewalls and VPNs.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree required, major in related field.
• 5+ years of Operations Management experience.
• 5+ years of IT Infrastructure knowledge.
• 5+ years of Cisco Network experience.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNA) – Cisco required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors Degree preferred, major in Computer and Information Science or related field.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) – Cisco preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring, trending and forecasting global network performance and capacity planning.
• Collaborative implementation of global network technologies.
• Provide Tier 2 & 3 support for and mentor the Global Network Operations Team.
• Utilize professional concepts and company policies/procedures to implement a diverse range of architecture solutions in our production environment.
• Lead the development and implementation of pro-active IP network monitoring and alerting tools.
• Support Mosaic’s global network tools and technologies in compliance with approved processes and strict change management procedures.
