We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Manager with a robust, hands-on background in critical IT services such as network infrastructure and VPN solutions, Okta Identity Provider, Mac/Windows Mobile Device Management (MDM), and a variety of SaaS applications. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, coupled with a proven ability to lead and manage a team in a dynamic, global environment. They should possess expertise in implementing new systems, maintaining existing systems, and leveraging AI to create automations and integrations at large scale.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Network, Wifi and VPN services, MDM, Hardware and Stock inventory - MUST
Hands-on experience with Okta IDP, Google workspace and other SAAS applications
Proven leadership experience in managing teams within a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead complex IT projects from inception to completion.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to innovation and system improvement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across global teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering collaboration and a culture of innovation.
Manage HW stock and inventory, procurement processes for IT equipment and services
Conduct team routines, lead projects, align on priorities, and promote team engagement.
Oversee the setup and implementation of new IT systems, ensuring alignment with company needs and best practices.
Lead AI initiatives to automate processes, improving team efficiency and enhancing employee experience.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and cooperation among global teams
Monitor project performance and adjust plans as necessary, proactively addressing challenges that arise.

Benefits

At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
This position has a base salary range between $200,000 to $220,000.
Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU).
In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
