The Senior IT Helpdesk/Network Analyst is responsible for providing technical support to end-users, managing the network infrastructure, and overseeing the facility's day-to-day operations. The candidate must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, be highly organized, and work well in a team environment.

Requirements

• Associates degree (with 5+ years of experience) or Bachelor's degree (with 3+ years of experience) in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Helpdesk / Network Analyst, and Facility Coordinator.
• Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with ITIL, network security, and disaster recovery planning.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SaaS applications or ERP systems desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues.
• Manage and maintain the network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Manage and maintain inventory of all IT and facility-related equipment, including procurement and disposal of equipment.
• Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing.
• Assist in the development and delivery of IT training to end-users.
• Monitor and maintain the security of the network infrastructure and systems.
• Manage employee facility access protocols.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services and supplies.
• Ensure the facility's day-to-day operations run smoothly, including monitoring office security systems, and managing IT supplies.
• Assist with equipment provisioning and shipping, including onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Assisting with building and equipment maintenance schedules.
• Responding to urgent maintenance calls during and after hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
