HealthPartners is currently hiring for a Senior IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Analyst. This position is essential to ensure that HealthPartners’ technology systems can recover quickly from unexpected disruptions, including major outages, disasters, or union-related work stoppages. The Senior Analyst will develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, respond to emergencies to minimize business interruption, and work closely with IT and application teams to restore services. In addition, this individual will provide IT planning and support during union-related work stoppages and assess current recovery capabilities to recommend improvements. Because IT outages and disasters are unpredictable and can significantly impact business performance, the analyst will also participate in an on-call rotation to support and coordinate system outages. The analyst will serve as a key liaison between IT and business units, fostering clear and effective communication to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
