About The Position

The Sr. Data Analyst is a subject matter expert who leads high-impact analytics initiatives, directly partners with executive leadership, and sets strategic direction for data-driven decision-making. This role designs and optimizes scalable data pipelines, delivers advanced analytics solutions, and plays a key role in shaping enterprise reporting strategy. With minimal oversight, the Analyst IV anticipates future business needs, drives adoption of analytics tools across the organization, and mentors junior analysts, data scientists, and engineers. Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and at least one programming language (Python, R).
  • Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong track record of improving processes, automating workflows, or implementing analytics best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6 years of analytics, reporting, or engineering experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Healthcare experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary analytics point of contact for executive stakeholders, translating strategic goals into scalable technical solutions.
  • Provides expert-level guidance on the design and development of advanced dashboards, data models, and analytics solutions.
  • Makes independent decisions on project prioritization, technical architecture, and resource planning in alignment with business needs.
  • Champions adoption of analytics tools and platforms by the Executive Leadership Team and influence enterprise-wide analytics direction.
  • Anticipates future data and reporting needs; design scalable, sustainable solutions that align with evolving business priorities.
  • Leads or co-leads enterprise analytics communities of practice, driving alignment on best practices and fostering cross-functional learning.
  • Provides technical oversight and mentoring for analysts, data scientists, and engineers, including code reviews and strategic guidance.
  • Guides data governance and ensure strict adherence to data quality standards, compliance, and enterprise-level analytics consistency.
