About The Position

The Business Analyst is a key partner in ensuring the reliability and integrity of the Capacity Requirements & Qualification (CR&Q) team’s production operations and critical systems. The role designs and maintains business tools and process controls that reduce operational and compliance risk through structured tools, data validation, and thorough software testing. Serving as a bridge between production teams, IT, and project stakeholders, the analyst translates business needs into requirements, verifies system changes, and investigates data or application issues affecting production. With strong technical expertise in business tools, data systems, and analysis, the analyst strengthens daily execution and drives scalable improvements that support future market designs and system enhancements—protecting production quality today and enabling confident adaptation to tomorrow’s demands. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or information technology.
  • Extensive experience as a business analyst, systems/IT analyst, consulting or project management.
  • Business analysis methods, documentation conventions, and software tools.
  • Microsoft productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Visio, Access), including experience building structured, re-usable tools with Excel and VBA.
  • Experience working with SQL data queries, relational databases, and transactional data records.
  • Business information systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Atlassian, code version-control software).
  • Communicates clearly and concisely.
  • Works in a structured, timely, and organized manner.
  • Plans effectively while staying flexible to change.
  • Demonstrates accountability, collaboration, and strong prioritization.
  • Thinks creatively and analytically.
  • Thrives in a team‑oriented environment.
