About The Position

ATG USA is hiring a versatile, hands-on Senior IT Administrator who thrives at the intersection of infrastructure, security, and end-user experience. You will own the IT landscape for our organization, from cloud identity and security architecture to the physical access control systems. If you’re the kind of technologist who loves solving a complex Azure conditional access challenge in the morning and configuring a new hire’s laptop in the afternoon, this role was built for you. You’ll serve as the primary IT point of contact, acting as both architect and operator. You will help shape our technology environment, implement best practices, and directly impact every employee’s day-to-day experience. Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in IT administration, systems engineering, or a related role
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing MFA, conditional access, and cloud security frameworks
  • Proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server environments
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills spanning hardware, software, networking, and identity systems
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Endpoint Administrator, Security+ or similar
  • Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, or similar)
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks or IT service management platforms
  • Background in network administration, including firewall management and VPN configuration
  • Experience supporting hardware and software in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction space, primarily Autodesk and related.

Responsibilities

  • Cloud & Identity Management Administer and optimize Entra ID, including user lifecycle management, group policies, and role-based access controls
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, device compliance policies, application deployment, and mobile device management
  • Design, implement, and enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and conditional access policies to safeguard organizational resources
  • Oversee cloud security posture, monitor for threats, and respond to security incidents in alignment with industry best practices
  • Manage Microsoft 365 tenant administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and licensing
  • Administer and maintain the organization’s physical security systems, including card access/badge systems, door controllers, and surveillance integrations
  • Manage on-premises and hybrid network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi, and DHCP/DNS services as applicable
  • Maintain server infrastructure (physical or virtual), ensure backups are current, and develop disaster recovery procedures
  • Coordinate with vendors and facilities teams for hardware procurement, installations, and maintenance
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for the helpdesk, troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and network issues
  • Configure and deploy company owned machines and peripherals for new hires and equipment refreshes
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows - provisioning and deprovisioning accounts, hardware, and access across all systems
  • Create and maintain IT documentation and published standard operating procedures
  • Deliver a responsive experience that builds trust and confidence in the IT department
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve security, efficiency, and user experience
  • Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures, including acceptable use, data protection, and incident response
  • Track IT assets, manage software licensing, and optimize technology spend
  • Support IT-related projects such as office buildouts, system migrations, and security audits
