Leidos is looking for a Senior ISR IQT Training Specialist to join our high‑impact team at Grand Forks AFB, ND — and this is your chance to step into a role where your expertise directly strengthens Air Combat Command’s ISR mission. The Challenge: Lead formal initial qualification training (IQT) for personnel assigned to support cutting‑edge platform- and weapon system-specific ISR operations at the Squadron, Operational Support Squadron, Group, or Wing level. Prepare course materials, develop training exercises, and keep curriculum up to date with any technology, system, or tool updates. Deliver high-impact pre-mission briefings and deliver academic testing at close of training events. Teach critical ISR topics including:: ISR collection platform fundamentals (RADAR/IR theory, SIGINT, GEOINT, Special Payloads, Weapons Capabilities/employment and Threats), Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment, and introduction to core Air Force mission sets supported by the ISR community to include: Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance, Close Air Support, Combat Search and Rescue, Counter-land, Counter-Sea, and Strike Coordination and Reconnaissance. Requirements

  • TS/SCI security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree and 14 years OR Master’s and 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Understanding of RQ4 and other Air Force ISR platforms, systems, tools, and processes
  • Instructor experience
  • Thorough understanding of Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment

Nice To Haves

  • Prior IIQC Instructor Experience
  • Unit Level Intelligence Experience with RQ4
  • Instructor certification
  • EIO2024
