As a Senior iOS developer on the Conversational Search team, you will help us build Redfin’s next-generation AI-powered home search experience. This team creates intuitive, delightful, and deeply integrated conversational experiences that help users discover, evaluate, and act with greater confidence. This is one of Redfin’s most ambitious and visible product initiatives for 2026. You will join a diverse and passionate community of developers working to build engaging experiences to make it easy for users to find their next home.

Requirements

Ability to improve user experience, whether it's collaborating with product managers and designers to build beautiful products or finding and squashing performance bottlenecks.
5+ years of developer experience building iOS applications in Swift and SwiftUI.
Clear communication and effective collaboration across experience levels and disciplines, with constructive disagreement for others’ perspectives.
Ability to stay current with modern Android development practices and continuously raise the bar for code quality, architecture, and maintainability.
Ability to work with a smart, talented team.
Curiosity about emerging AI-powered user experiences and excitement to help shape the future of conversational interfaces in real estate.

Responsibilities

Design and implement complex iOS features that power conversational and AI-assisted experiences within the Redfin app.
Build intuitive, high-performance UI that integrates intelligent capabilities into core search and listing flows.
Collaborate with your teammates by reviewing code, writing documentation, refining best practices, and building maintainable and testable codebases.
Work closely with our product and design teams to understand user and business needs.
Drive the team forward in iOS best practices and design principles, bringing in cutting-edge industry trends.
