About The Position

This role provides a high-impact opportunity to lead investment analysis, due diligence, and transaction execution across diverse acquisition targets. The Senior Investment Associate will build sophisticated financial models, prepare valuation analyses, and deliver data-driven recommendations to support strategic roll-ups and portfolio management initiatives. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
  • 6+ years of experience in investment banking, M&A, or private equity, with direct involvement in executing transactions from sourcing through closing
  • Proven track record in buy-side M&A, ideally with experience in roll-up strategies, multi-site acquisitions, or consolidation plays
  • Strong proficiency in financial statement analysis, Excel-based modeling, and enterprise valuation methodologies
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to independently manage deal workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex analyses to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Thrives in entrepreneurial, high-growth environments and adapts effectively to evolving priorities

Responsibilities

  • Lead due diligence on potential acquisition targets, preparing clear, actionable investment recommendations for senior leadership
  • Build and maintain advanced Excel-based financial models to evaluate revenue synergies, cost optimizations, and integration scenarios
  • Perform valuation analyses including DCF, comparable transactions, precedent M&A, and scenario modeling to inform acquisition decisions and monitor portfolio performance
  • Collaborate with the origination team to identify, evaluate, and execute on strategic acquisition opportunities
  • Support deal structuring, negotiation, and post-acquisition integration planning across multiple concurrent transactions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, technology, and marketing to support transaction execution, underwriting, and portfolio management initiatives
