The Raytheon Inventory Compliance Manager will be accountable for all Inventory Compliance scopes associated with Raytheon Effector Locations. The manager will oversee a team of experienced professionals executing inventory and compliance activities as well as managing the daily operations of inventory compliance team members across various locations. The manager will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, conduct presentation and executive summaries, and establish harmonized processes across Raytheon Logistics. Manager must provide input for hiring promotions, performance, and rewards decisions for direct reports. Oversee the development of employees to achieve talent and career growth. Manager will lead, direct, and review the work of the team with a level of autonomy in their assignments.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum ten (10) years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum seven (7) years' experience.
  • Experience with either Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, and or Inventory.
  • Supervisory or managerial experience.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Certifications such as APICS CSCP, CLTD, or PMP.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible to access technical data and ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated development of employees for career growth and leadership opportunities within an organization.
  • Broad management and leadership knowledge to lead a team of experienced logistics professionals to influence positive outcomes.
  • Execute problem solving difficult to moderately complex issues and establish solutions to enhance the overall performance of the job function.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels of the internal organization, and with external stakeholders and/or partners.
  • Working knowledge of how terms and conditions in an outlined agreement or statement of work impact job functions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Understanding how to manage pools, overhead budgets and cost impacts.
  • Manage processes related to inventory located in multiple sites i.e. Receipt Corrections, ORR/IRR, transfers, contract closures, cycle count adjustments of inventories and ensure all are processed to service level agreements
  • Support all audit activity related to inventory including, but not limited to, MMAS, MAAR13, and Sarbanes Oxley
  • Ensure Internal/External customer requests related to material are processed in compliance with FAR/DFAR/MMAS and Raytheon business procedures
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Existing DoD Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with RTX and Raytheon Operations & Supply Chain leadership to shape, develop and execute Inventory Compliance strategies and objectives to achieve compliance, cost, quality and service level goals.
  • Harmonize Inventory Compliance best practices across Raytheon Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations Logistics teams.
  • Partner with and develop Property, Logistics, Finance, Production Control, MPM and 3PL relationships.
  • Develop and manage key performance metrics.
  • Establish continuous improvement initiatives and demonstrate capability to utilize CORE as a key enabler to influence change.
  • Create business cases and savings plans for Inventory Compliance related activities.
  • Drive innovation in logistics processes and technologies to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
