As a Senior International Benefits Consultant, you’ll help multinational clients navigate the complexities of global benefits. You’ll manage projects, provide expert guidance, and build strong relationships with clients and partners worldwide. This is your chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to manage their global benefits programs. You’ll analyze local country benefits, coordinate with brokers and vendors, and provide tailored recommendations to meet client needs. You’ll lead client meetings, produce detailed reports, and ensure projects are delivered on time. Your expertise will help clients stay compliant, competitive, and confident in their benefits strategies. You’re a problem-solver with a passion for helping clients succeed. Requirements

A bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in client consulting and international benefits.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Strong communication and project management skills.
A proactive, team-oriented approach and a commitment to client service.

Nice To Haves

Experience in global benefits, retirement programs, or financial analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage international health, retirement, and other benefits programs.
Coordinate benchmarking, renewals, and compliance reviews.
Support mergers, acquisitions, and multinational pooling.
Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and vendors.
Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team growth.
