Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business, or similar.
  • Experience: 3+ years in internal audit (manufacturing or multi-location experience is a plus).
  • Skills: Integrity and confidentiality are second nature to you.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Great communicator who can connect with people at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of compliance and risk management.
  • Comfortable creating process documentation and flowcharts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; audit software experience is a bonus.
  • Certifications like CIA, CPA, or CFE (or working toward them).

Nice To Haves

  • manufacturing or multi-location experience is a plus
