About The Position

Review internal controls and make sure they’re not just in place, but effective. Map out workflows and create clear, easy-to-follow documentation. Dive into data and testing to ensure accuracy and completeness. Share your findings in reports that highlight risks and actionable recommendations. Partner with management to close gaps and keep improvements moving forward. Stay ahead of regulatory changes and keep our audit programs fresh. Jump in on special projects and investigations when needed.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business, or similar.
• Experience: 3+ years in internal audit (manufacturing or multi-location experience is a plus).
• Skills: Integrity and confidentiality are second nature to you.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Great communicator who can connect with people at all levels.
• Solid understanding of compliance and risk management.
• Comfortable creating process documentation and flowcharts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; audit software experience is a bonus.
• Certifications like CIA, CPA, or CFE (or working toward them).
