About The Position

The Senior Intelligence Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day management of the contract, including staffing, financial oversight, and technical and programmatic reporting. This role oversees both employees and subcontractors and requires proficiency in managing LOE, completion, and cost reimbursable contract types. The Team Lead provides technical and administrative direction, ensures high-quality performance, and mentors team members. The Team Lead will collaborate closely with the COTR and senior customer stakeholders to maintain technical, cost, and schedule baselines, develop deliverables, define requirements, and set expectations. Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • 16 years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis
  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience supporting Defense Intelligence Enterprise programs, including direct experience managing or overseeing intelligence analysis contracts and production requirements
  • 3 years' experience leading and or supervising teams of intelligence analysts, including assigning workloads, reviewing finished intelligence products for analytic rigor, and providing mentorship and performance evaluations
  • Expert-level knowledge of threats to the Western Hemisphere, Americas, Transnational Crime and Golden Dome for America mission
  • Expert knowledge with ICD 203 /206 (Analytic Standards), including sourcing, uncertainty, and analytic tradecraft standards; demonstrated ability to enforce and evaluate compliance across subordinate analyst products
  • Demonstrated ability to research, assess, and pilot emerging AI/ML technologies, and proven experience integrating and operationalizing AI - enabled tools and methodologies within all - source intelligence workflows (e.g., AI - assisted collection triage, pattern - of - life analysis, anomaly detection)
  • Hands-on experience with Large Language Model (LLM) platforms (e.g., GPT-based tools, classified AI environments) applied to intelligence summarization, entity extraction, document exploitation, and automated reporting pipelines
  • Working knowledge of defense and production product lines and standards, and customer requirements across the Combatant Command (CCMD) and National Intelligence Community (IC) enterprise
  • Knowledge of customer processes, programs, and policies across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, including familiarity with OUSD(I&S), CCMD J2 requirements, and IC analytic community standards

  • Preparing required reports at contract, project, and financial levels
  • Coordinating onboarding activities, including security processing and administrative setup
