About The Position

The Senior Intelligence Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day management of the contract, including staffing, financial oversight, and technical and programmatic reporting. This role oversees both employees and subcontractors and requires proficiency in managing LOE, completion, and cost reimbursable contract types. The Team Lead provides technical and administrative direction, ensures high-quality performance, and mentors team members. The Team Lead will collaborate closely with the COTR and senior customer stakeholders to maintain technical, cost, and schedule baselines, develop deliverables, define requirements, and set expectations. Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required
  • 16 years of experience in Intelligence Analysis
  • Minimum 10 years of all-source intelligence experience, including Indo-Pacific regional security, foreign military capabilities, and order-of-battle analysis
  • 3 years' experience leading and or supervising teams of intelligence analysts, including assigning workloads, reviewing finished intelligence products for analytic rigor, and providing mentorship and performance evaluations
  • Proven experience assessing foreign military capability, including force structure, readiness, modernization, and infrastructure across Indo-Pacific threat actors (e.g., PRC, DPRK, Russia Far East)
  • Demonstrated expertise working with hard-target data and methodologies supporting military capability assessments, net assessments, and defense intelligence requirements
  • Experience leading cross-functional analytic teams (e.g., operations research, data science, visualization) to deliver integrated intelligence products
  • Expert knowledge of foreign military force management, equipment and infrastructure data, order-of-battle systems, logistics, and defense acquisition programs
  • Working understanding of the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process and the ability to align intelligence analysis to resource planning and CCMD requirements
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools and Large Language Model (LLM) tools used in military capability assessment and analytic production
  • Deep understanding of ICD 203/206 analytic standards and demonstrated ability to enforce analytic tradecraft
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with experience briefing senior government stakeholders (e.g., CCMD J2, OSD, Intelligence Community leadership)
  • Demonstrated experience supervising and mentoring analysts, managing production requirements, and providing performance feedback in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across all levels of government, including senior executives

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Political Science, Data Science)
  • Supervisory or senior analytic leadership experience preferred

  • Preparing required reports at contract, project, and financial levels
  • Coordinating onboarding activities, including security processing and administrative setup
