About The Position

Kforce has a client in need of a Senior Integration Engineer in Boston, MA. Responsibilities: Lead the design, installation, and administration of middleware solutions using MuleSoft, messaging, cloud, and integration technologies; Optimize performance through best practices Design, implement, and maintain SOAP and REST APIs Collaborate with development teams on API security, policy management, and capability building Develop and maintain a service/API registry Conduct code reviews, document unit tests, and prepare deployment materials Support project planning, design, development, and release management for applications and shared services Coordinate with end users, developers, administrators, and vendors to ensure successful implementation Maintain documentation, task lists, and design artifacts for APIs Research and recommend new tools, techniques, and solutions for standard improvement Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience 8+ years in IT technical roles; 10+ years in software development; 3+ years with MuleSoft (including connectors like Salesforce) Strong design, debugging, problem-solving Ability to translate business requirements Independent work and mentoring Excellent communication skills MuleSoft Certification preferred Technical Skills: Integration technologies (MuleSoft, Informatica) Java/J2EE, Oracle OSB 12c AWS (API Gateway, Glue, WAF) XML, JSON, TLS/SSL, encryption/signatures Azure OAUTH & JWT Tools: SVN, Git, SOAPUI, Postman

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years in IT technical roles
  • 10+ years in software development
  • 3+ years with MuleSoft (including connectors like Salesforce)
  • Strong design, debugging, problem-solving
  • Ability to translate business requirements
  • Independent work and mentoring
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Integration technologies (MuleSoft, Informatica)
  • Java/J2EE, Oracle OSB 12c
  • AWS (API Gateway, Glue, WAF)
  • XML, JSON, TLS/SSL, encryption/signatures
  • Azure OAUTH & JWT
  • Tools: SVN, Git, SOAPUI, Postman

  • MuleSoft Certification preferred
