About The Position

NVIDIA is searching for a highly motivated engineer with a passion for system software delivery. You'll join NVIDIA's growing GPU software team in developing continuous integration infrastructure in support of NVIDIA's mission critical software releases. You'll have a central role in helping the team build a world-class build and integration system that scales with the team's mission. What you'll be doing: Be responsible for maintaining and improving mission critical infrastructure and test content Investigate failures and anomalies in automated build and test systems and drive to resolution with a team of experts Identify systemic problems in reporting systems, distill those into actionable investigations and drive service level improvements Write, configure and debug automated tests for system-level/kernel-mode software under Linux and Windows Architect new tools and refine processes that deliver productivity improvements What we need to see: BS or MS degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree (or equivalent experience). 10+ years of relevant software development experience Experience writing, deploying and maintaining OS-level system software Experience with software testing infrastructure A strong dedication to data driven, evidence-based investigation Strong ability to communicate hypotheses, results, and incidental discoveries to teammates, client stakeholders in other internal teams, and the broader organization Ways to stand out from the crowd: Existing knowledge of NVIDIA GPU kernel software Experience designing, implementing, and debugging automated build and test systems Comfort in programming in Python, Perl, shell or Tcl Knowledge of low-level systems programming under Linux and Windows in C/C++ and/or Rust NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4, and 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Requirements

  • BS or MS degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of relevant software development experience
