About The Position

Exostar enables trusted collaboration across the Aerospace & Defense (A&D)
supply chain, supporting mission-critical Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay
(P2P) processes across complex, multi-enterprise environments.

The Senior Integration Developer is a senior technical contributor within
Professional Services, delivering complex enterprise integrations between
Exostar’s SaaS platforms and customer ERP, procurement, and supply chain
systems. This role requires specialized depth in integration architecture and
development, and the ability to interpret customer business requirements to
recommend scalable, high-performance solutions.

Operating with a high degree of independence, this individual will lead
integration workstreams, mentor other developers, and ensure secure, scalable,
and reliable implementations in enterprise customer environments.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of enterprise integration or software development experience.
• Demonstrated ability to independently deliver complex technical solutions.
• Experience leading integration workstreams or mentoring developers preferred.
• Advanced expertise in enterprise integration patterns (REST APIs, event-driven architectures, SFTP, EDI).
• Strong object-oriented programming experience in Java, C#, PHP, or similar languages.
• Advanced SQL skills (query optimization, performance tuning, complex joins, data analysis).
• Strong understanding of multi-threaded and asynchronous programming concepts, including concurrency control, thread safety, and performance optimization in high-volume transaction environments.
• ERP integration experience (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Infor).
• Experience using GitLab and GitHub for version control, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay supply chain workflows.
• Ability to independently design and lead complex integration solutions in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Aerospace & Defense or complex B2B supply chain ecosystems.
• Familiarity with authentication standards (OAuth, SAML).
• Experience mentoring junior developers or leading technical workstreams.
• Experience using AI-assisted development platforms (Claude Code, Opus, or similar).
• Experience using Jira for task tracking, issue management, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex integrations between Exostar platforms and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Infor).
• Interpret customer supply chain requirements and recommend scalable integration patterns aligned to O2C and P2P workflows.
• Own delivery of integration workstreams within enterprise implementations.
• Develop APIs, middleware configurations, event-driven integrations, and data transformation logic.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot advanced SQL queries and database logic.
• Apply object-oriented programming principles to develop maintainable, scalable integration components (Java, C#, PHP).
• Design and support multi-threaded, concurrent, and asynchronous processing solutions to handle high-volume transactions.
• Utilize GitLab and GitHub for source control, branching strategies, merge requests, and CI/CD workflows.
• Use Jira to track tasks, defects, and implementation progress within structured delivery engagements.
• Partner closely with QA Engineers to ensure robust testing strategies and release readiness.
• Mentor Integration Developers and serve as a senior technical resource for the team.
• Troubleshoot high-impact technical issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g., Claude Code, Opus) to enhance coding efficiency, documentation quality, and troubleshooting workflows.
• Contribute reusable assets and best practices to improve delivery consistency across Professional Services engagements.
