We are seeking a S enior Integration Developer to design, build, and own enterprise integration solutions that connect critical business systems. This role requires strong hands-on development skills, architectural thinking, and the ability to work across teams to deliver reliable, scalable integrations. In This Role Design and deliver scalable, secure, and resilient integrations across enterprise and third-party systems, defining standards, patterns, and best practices Build and maintain cloud-based integrations, APIs, data pipelines, and asynchronous workflows with strong error handling, monitoring, and performance optimization Integrate ERP, WMS, CRM, eCommerce, and other systems, ensuring high-quality data transformation, validation, and consistency for business critical, high-volume workflows Own integrations end-to-end, from development and deployment to monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis—while contributing to CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) automation Ensure integrations meet security, compliance, documentation, and governance requirements, including authentication, authorization, and data protection Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, while providing code reviews, technical guidance, and mentorship Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team Be open and honest Reach for excellence Act with responsibility Value the whole person Enjoy the journey The Ideal Person 6+ years of experience in software development or system integration Experience building APIs and integrations in cloud or enterprise environments (Azure integration services preferred) Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., C#, Python, Java) Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Understanding of REST, JSON/XML, messaging, and data integration patterns Experience with SQL and relational databases Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills About Four Hands Headquartered in Austin, Texas, since 1996, Four Hands crafts furniture, art and décor — pieces that are all about creating space. Requirements

6+ years of experience in software development or system integration
Experience building APIs and integrations in cloud or enterprise environments (Azure integration services preferred)
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., C#, Python, Java)
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Understanding of REST, JSON/XML, messaging, and data integration patterns
Experience with SQL and relational databases
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills

Responsibilities

Design and deliver scalable, secure, and resilient integrations across enterprise and third-party systems, defining standards, patterns, and best practices
