We design, develop, and deliver high-quality enterprise systems, as well as systems integrations and work in a project-based consulting environment. Our solutions include API-driven clients, microservice architectures, event-driven integrations, cloud deployments, serverless applications, and web and portal front ends. Specific responsibilities for the Integration Developer position include: Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver a technical solution that meet the unique needs of our clients. Create quality deliverables to communicate technical solutions to appropriate audiences. Leverage CapTech’s internal programs and self-directed training to continually develop industry relevant knowledge and skills. Understand and implement object-oriented design patterns. Communicate effectively to team members with varying degrees of technical knowledge. Provide technical mentoring and leadership.

Requirements

  • Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using MuleSoft and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, ensuring secure and scalable API connectivity across enterprise systems.
  • Build and enhance applications leveraging .NET frameworks, delivering high-performance and reliable solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Implement and manage cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure, including resource provisioning, monitoring, and optimization for cost and performance.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring rapid and consistent delivery of software updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration patterns, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
  • Apply best practices in API management, security, and governance to maintain compliance and system integrity.
  • Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability through proactive analysis and tuning.
  • Mentorship & Team Support
  • Skilled in guiding and supporting junior developers and offshore teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing to ensure project success.
  • Technical Discovery & Documentation
  • Adept at conducting technical discovery of source and destination systems, creating detailed technical flow diagrams, and documenting comprehensive technical requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Experienced in engaging with IT leadership, product teams, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment across technical and business objectives. Comfortable with client-facing responsibilities and maintaining visibility throughout project lifecycle.
