Your Impact in the Role: As a Sr. Integration Developer, you help execute Fortune Brands Innovation digital strategy in alignment with business requirements and priorities. You collaborate closely with cross-technology teams and business teams like Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, eCommerce, Logistics, and Finance to enable our fast-paced business to grow and evolve. Working with a high-performing team, you focus on the timely delivery of integration projects on systems integration platforms. Position location - Hybrid (onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) - Deerfield, IL.

Responsibilities

Oversee integration projects, design integration architectures with hands-on coding and development
Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to define integration requirements
Translate end-user requirements into feasible technical specifications
Lead development activities, monitor and coordinate activities with onshore and offshore developers to ensure that integration projects are completed on time
Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support integration systems
Ensure that the best practices in integration processes are followed by the organization
Participate in scrum meetings and ensure customer needs are being met by certifying deliverables
Maintain the integrity and smooth functioning of the company's integration architecture.
Seek out innovation in everyday activities
Ability to express ideas in both business- and user-friendly languages
