About The Position

Serve as an Integration Architect responsible for system performance, interoperability, change management, and cross‑functional collaboration. This role supports seamless integration across EHR platforms, third‑party systems, and enterprise applications while ensuring scalable, secure, and high‑performing end‑to‑end workflows.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in an integration architecture role supporting Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium).
  • Strong understanding of Cerner Millennium solutions including PowerChart Orders, PharmNet, RadNet, PathNet, Ambulatory, and/or INA.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Health Clinical and Revenue Cycle systems and associated workflows.
  • Experience with Location Hierarchy, Resource Hierarchy, EMPI, Event Set Hierarchy, and Bedrock.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to connect technical decisions to broader business goals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
  • Proficient in using software, hardware, and peripherals relevant to job responsibilities, including MS Office.
  • Ability to operate in a standard office environment, including extended screen time and use of standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead system performance monitoring, maintenance, and optimization for integrated solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate Flashes, code releases, and package updates.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, Oracle Health, and third‑party vendors to ensure alignment and integration stability.
  • Provide guidance and oversight for change requests, including cross‑functional engagement and change management support.
  • Manage package requests and installations with clients and vendors.
  • Provide expertise in monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., LightsOn, Advance, Olympus).
  • Troubleshoot complex integration issues and guide teams through root‑cause analysis and performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with technical, operational, and vendor partners to ensure interoperability and configuration stability.
  • Mentor integration analysts and developers and contribute to governance, standardization, and best practices.
