About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Integrated Product Team Lead to join the Integrated Payload Array Program Management team in El Segundo, CA ! The Cost Account Manager (CAM) Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead will manage daily project execution in one (or more) of the subsystem areas on the integrated payload array (IPA) product line, coordinate and communicate with all required functions & suppliers from early program baselining thru final flight delivery; delivering IPA hardware on-time & within budget. You will also facilitate the resolution of program issues, while supporting the program manager in leading program execution by coordinating program metrics. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in a leadership role (i.e., manager, project manager, team lead, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting results
  • 3+ years of experience developing and/or maintaining integrated schedules
  • Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
  • This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

  • Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, programs and change driven activities
  • Leads studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), reports, risk assessments and planning efforts to determine impacts, constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives
  • Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion, and facilitates the resolution of responsible subsystem issues
  • Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case
