About The Position

Creates and manages the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the MedLog program portfolio, incorporating multiple large-scale IT sustainment and development initiatives into a unified schedule that drives program execution. Serves as the key liaison between the PMO and technical project teams, ensuring Business Review Board (BRB) baseline delivery dates are maintained and cross-program integration issues are identified and resolved before they impact milestones. This role requires expert-level scheduling capability, deep experience in Agile project environments, and the ability to communicate critical path impacts to senior leadership.

Requirements

Ten (10) years of relevant experience in integrated master scheduling and program integration
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field of study
Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority (e.g., PMI Scheduling Professional [PMI-SP], AACE Planning & Scheduling Professional [PSP], or equivalent)
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Project and MS Project Online
Experience managing in an Agile project environment with familiarity with Agile concepts and best practices
Expert ability in determining critical path and assessing impact to program schedule
Current Secret Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI investigation at time of proposal submission

Nice To Haves

Direct experience supporting DLA programs or defense logistics IT systems
Experience with Azure DevOps (formerly TFS) for project tracking and Agile sprint management
Familiarity with DoD Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) frameworks
Experience with Configuration Management processes and Change Control Boards in a DoD environment
Experience managing schedules for BCAT II/III acquisition programs
Knowledge of DLA Business Review Board (BRB) governance processes
PMP certification in addition to scheduling certification

Responsibilities

Conceptualize, create, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for all MedLog programs, ensuring traceability of all activities, tasks, and milestones
Incorporate multiple BRB-approved project plans into overarching program plans with monthly updates
Coordinate with key stakeholders across program workflows to gather schedule data and outline dependencies among events
Coordinate project team development of work breakdown schedules (WBS), critical paths, and delivery dates using MS Project, MS Excel, and Azure DevOps
Maintain initiative progress tracking including timelines, milestone schedules, resource requirements, and potential limitations
Serve as key liaison between PMO staff and technical analysts to summarize and represent key events across the program throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure appropriate management, customer, and IT information flows to all critical stakeholders throughout BRB project lifecycles
Participate in team meetings to identify integration opportunities and provide updates to DLA Enterprise Configuration Management Plan, FEAMS/DMLSS-W CMPs, SDLC, CCWG SIG, and SLMRO
Liaison to configuration management lead to provide updates on team progress and challenges
Analyze risk, initiate risk avoidance activities, develop contingency plans, and identify trigger events with assigned responsible staff
Analyze actual performance against project plans and communicate needed adjustments consistent with plan objectives
Support prime vendor analysis and acquisition/contract planning as required
