About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Integrated Master Scheduler to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain the IMS, WBS‑aligned task networks, milestones, dependencies, and resource‑loaded schedules using government‑approved scheduling tools. Execute rolling‑wave planning to balance agile delivery with long‑range integration across concurrent efforts. Conduct critical path, float, dependency, and schedule risk analyses; identify conflicts and impacts to program execution. Validate schedule inputs from project managers, technical leads, and stakeholders for accuracy and compliance with scheduling standards. Perform schedule risk assessments, scenario analysis, and develop recovery/acceleration recommendations and mitigation POA&Ms. Produce schedule metrics, dashboards, EAC impacts, and deliverables for Monthly Status Reports, program reviews, and leadership briefings. Maintain schedule repository, version control, and archival of final schedule artifacts at project closeout. Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD
  • Clearance: TS/SCI (active)
  • Candidate must meet ONE: Master’s degree in relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Systems Engineering, Information Technology); OR PMP (Project Management Professional) and/or PMI‑SP (Scheduling Professional) at expert level.
  • Scheduling/program controls experience managing enterprise or large DoD program IMS development and integration.
  • Expertise with government‑approved scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project Server, Primavera P6) and schedule risk analysis tools.
  • WBS development, resource‑loading, critical path analysis, schedule integration, Earned Value interfaces, reporting/dashboarding, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong briefing and documentation skills for senior leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior DoD/Army/ARNG program scheduling or transition experience
  • Experience integrating RMF/ATO milestones, procurement lead times, and deployment constraints into the IMS
  • Familiarity with EVM data feeds and schedule/EV reconciliation
