Senior Integrated Marketing Manager The Integrated Marketing team owns end-to-end brand strategy, planning, and execution of key initiatives for Expedia, Hotels.com, and Vrbo. In this role, you will focus on the Vrbo brand—developing and executing integrated strategies that bring Vrbo to life across the full customer journey. You’ll combine customer insights, creative leadership, and close partnership with cross-functional teams (Product, Product Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Customer Insights, and more) to deliver a seamless, differentiated experience. From breakthrough campaigns to retail activations to impactful product launches, you’ll ensure Vrbo’s promise of trusted quality is consistently delivered across every touchpoint. You will connect global strategy with local market insight to generate measurable business results, serving as a subject matter expert for the business or region you support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (9+ years) with a track record of delivering results in marketing (product launches & retail preferred), creative leadership and strategic planning
  • History of data – driven brand strategies from vision to development across the full funnel of marketing channels
  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects, initiatives, and competing priorities
  • Ability to interpret analytics and derive actionable insights
  • Experience in understanding and delivering on KPIs
  • Proven results in delivering business value through brand strategies
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Passion for innovation, creativity, and staying ahead of industry and cultural trends to create breakthrough campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning Partner with your senior leadership team to help develop and contribute to the integrated marketing strategy for your assigned business area(s), informed by traveler insight, brand priorities, product roadmaps, marketable experiences and retail & commercial goals.
  • Collaborate with partner teams, including your marketing marketplace lead counterparts, retail merchandising, product marketing, comms planning, media, our internal creative and design teams, or agencies to develop compelling campaign platforms and clear go-to-market plans
  • Think globally and act locally – partnering with international marketplace leads, and market business teams to ensure global campaign strategy clearly connects back to local market insights, opportunities, and goals
  • Campaign Development & Execution Support cross-functional execution of brand campaigns – from big moments like new product launches to always – on programs or local activations
  • Lead the day – to – day management of creative and media assets in partnership with internal teams and external agencies
  • Be a brand steward, ensuring creative work meets brand standards, reflects our tone of voice, and is adapted appropriately for channel and region
  • Collaboration & Influence Build strong relationships with key partners across all key stakeholder groups: product, product marketing, retail teams, regional leaders, comms, creative, growth marketing, media and sponsorships, PR, influencer marketing and social media
  • Maintain up-to-date statuses of your projects; contribute to reports shared with leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Support Directors and Senior Directors by delivering all campaigns at a high bar
  • Performance & Insights Ensure delivery on campaign and project goals and work with analytics and media teams to track performance
  • Own the measurement plan in partnership with Analytics & Insights – defining campaign goals, objectives, and success metrics upfront
  • Understand insights data and how to use it to optimize campaigns and inform future initiatives and continuous improvements
