Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in integrated marketing or retention marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Braze or similar platforms.
  • Strong copywriting skills for high-performing messaging.
  • Experience in executing seasonal and promotional campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting performance data.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
  • Required to achieve Braze certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Own lifecycle strategy across email, push, in-app, and SMS using Braze.
  • Build, launch, and optimize automated customer journeys.
  • Define segmentation and campaign logic in partnership with Analytics.
  • Lead planning and execution of seasonal and promotional campaigns.
  • Translate business goals into compelling campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales on brand-sponsored lifecycle campaigns.
  • Write and edit high-quality marketing copy for various channels.
  • Serve as primary Braze power user and expert.
  • Manage and mentor an Integrated Marketing Coordinator.
  • Review campaign builds and collaborate on performance insights.
