Our Product Management Department is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Specialty Product - Umbrella team. We are looking for someone with 2-4 years of analytical experience who thrives in a numbers-oriented, data driven environment. Our Product Analysts support Product Managers and Senior Management to evaluate product performance and prepare proposals for product changes. Analytical responsibilities include: Reviewing statistical exhibits and reports Analyzing large and complex data sets Interpreting and presenting results of their analysis Designing and executing monitoring plans for new product changes. As a Senior Product Analyst, you will work directly with stakeholders and perform complex analysis and research with limited supervision. You will be at the pulse of the company’s growth and profitability data each day, reporting findings to key stakeholders and acting as their point person when they have questions about results. Candidates must be efficient, organized, have strong analytical skills, demonstrate great communication skills, have a great attitude, and be driven to succeed! A successful candidate should be comfortable working independently and look to find ways to collaborate with other team members. We are seeking someone who has a drive to learn new software and tools and views internal and external data in new ways. While analytical skills are crucial for the position, it is just as important to have the ability to communicate and summarize complex information into management ready briefs and presentations. Successful candidates should be able to transform large datasets from complex systems to produce actionable insights and present the results to stakeholders at all levels within the company. Proficiency in Excel and SQL are critical for success in this position.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years proven analytical skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in SQL and R or Python
  • Experience using tools to query large datasets (SAS, Coginiti, and/or Snowflake preferred)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or R Shiny preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree with classes in quantitative field (statistics, mathematics, data analytics, etc.), business, or marketing
