Requirements

5+ years of Instructional Design experience.
5+ years in-person training and webinar facilitation.
Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
Proficient in Canva and Google Workspace applications.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Educated in Learning Theory and Adult Learning Principles.

Nice To Haves

Experience with LMS administration and video creation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Apply up-to-date expertise to the development and execution of training plans.
Develop comprehensive training covering onboarding and employee development.
Lead the design and execution of training programs tailored to operational needs.
Build relationships with stakeholders to determine training requirements.
Analyze training requests to guide curriculum development and measure effectiveness.
Architect and develop new training programs based on organizational needs.
Oversee project teams for curriculum design and ensure adherence to standards.
