About The Position

The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for an Instructional Designer. Ideal candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and a minimum of 3 years working within a global organization.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or related role
Design experience using programs such as Adobe, Articulate, Canva, etc. - 3+ years
Experience with a Learn Management System (LMS) - 2+ years
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional design, education or related field

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a regulated industry (e.g., Manufacturing, healthcare, finance, government)

Responsibilities

Design end to end learning solutions, including e learning modules, instructor led training, blended learning, microlearning, and job aids
Develop storyboards, scripts, and prototypes using instructional design best practices
Build learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, or similar platforms
Partner with SMEs to gather content, validate accuracy, and ensure alignment with business goals
Facilitate design meetings, content reviews, and feedback sessions
Apply adult learning principles, accessibility standards, and user centered design to create intuitive learning experiences
Incorporate interactive elements, scenarios, assessments, and multimedia to enhance engagement
Ensure all training materials meet brand, compliance, and quality standards
Develop assessments, knowledge checks, and evaluation tools to measure learning effectiveness
Recommend improvements to existing courses and learning programs
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations
Maintain organized documentation, version control, and content repositories
Support LMS administration tasks such as course uploads, testing, and troubleshooting when needed
