The Care Collaborative Instructional Design Senior Professional position will provide support for instructional and curriculum design duties for ECHO Colorado and eConsult activities. Working in close partnership with the Instructional Design Program Manager and other team members, this position contributes subject-matter expertise in adult learning science, curriculum design, and educational technology to support the development of ECHO series, eConsult educational resources, and other professional development initiatives. Therefore, this position requires instructional and curricular design domain expertise in order to translate complex clinical and public health topics into effective, evidence-based learning experiences that align with the needs of diverse healthcare audiences. This position is currently remote and works collaboratively with leadership at The Care Collaborative to identify educational topics and audiences. This position is responsible for aligning curriculum with learner needs, training those in the facilitator and presenter roles, building relationships among those who have expertise, designing innovative and rich learning experiences, and securing the connection between the development and evaluation phases of the ECHO series. This position responds to leadership team requests for literature reviews, market scans, and other evidence-building activities to drive strategic decision-making and tactical approach. Furthermore, this position is responsible for proactively driving and overseeing such activities under their specific area of expertise (curriculum and instructional design).
