About The Position

As a Senior Instructional Designer, you’ll lead the design of impactful learning experiences that support real business outcomes. You’ll partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to turn complex or evolving problems into clear, effective learning solutions aligned to organizational goals. In this role, you’ll take ownership of high-complexity initiatives, champion instructional quality and consistency, mentor other designers, and help shape the direction of our learning strategy. Role Scope & Expectations: This role is designed for senior-level instructional designers who are comfortable operating in ambiguity, influencing stakeholders, and balancing hands-on design work with strategic ownership. While this position includes individual content development, it is not solely a production-focused role. Senior Instructional Designers are expected to lead complex initiatives, shape design standards, mentor other designers, and partner closely with operations and leadership to ensure learning solutions align with business priorities.
