The Instructional Systems Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting the execution of a classified comprehensive multi-tiered curriculum that supports contractors - from entry-level professionals with one year of experience to senior experts with over 20 years in the field - within the Mission Solutions Business Area of the National Security Sector. The ideal candidate will have experience with all aspects of adult training to include, but not limited to developing dynamic, mission-focused curriculum. The ISD will manage the full-lifecycle of the ADDIE model for this dynamic training program to include but not limited to creating rubrics that drive data-focused measurements of performance, designing lesson plans, working with instructors and stakeholders in a classified environment to develop course content, managing course enrollment, evaluating instructors and course delivery. There will also be some administrative duties to coordinate with admirative support to include registration, classroom management and scheduling, and post-training evaluation collection and analysis. Class content will be hybrid (asynchronous, synchronous, on-line, and in-person).
