MKE - Senior Install Project Manager
About The Position
Renewal by Andersen, your premier window and door replacement company, is seeking an experienced construction project manager to join our team. The role of the Senior Installation Project Manager (Sr. IPM) is responsible for managing the success of all projects from point of sale through completion of installation, as well as overseeing all Installation Project Managers (IPMs) and Remote Measure Technicians. This high-level leadership role is designed to ensure high-quality outcomes, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency by working closely with our Sales department, installation crews, and homeowners.
Requirements
- MINIMUM 5 years experience in home improvement, constructions, or related field, including project or installation management
- Proven team leadership skills with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of building codes and construction techniques
- Proficiency in project management tools, CRM systems (Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Driver’s License and clean record in order to pass MVR check and drive a company vehicle
- Ability to lift a minimum of 60lbs, sit/stand for extended periods
Responsibilities
- Interviewing, staffing, training, mentoring of IPMs and Remote Measure Technicians to ensure expertise in products, installation, and customer excellence
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements; review and approve project files for accuracy and completeness
- Streamline project management and production processes; monitor budgets and implement solutions to improve first-time project completion
- Act as a liaison between Sales department, installation teams, and internal departments for smooth hand-offs; ensure escalated customers are handled with care; resolve complex installation issues, and customer concerns on-site
