Requirements

  • At least 3 years of Call Center or related experience.
  • Strong follow‑through with a reliable, fast‑paced work style.
  • Act with a sense of urgency and deliver dependable results.
  • Clear communication, empathy, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
  • Adaptability and openness to giving and receiving feedback.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to identify why a sale was not made to address customer needs.
  • Ask targeted questions to ease resistance and encourage a second in‑home visit.
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners to understand their concerns.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly appointment goals.
  • Deliver world‑class service to every prospect, customer, and teammate.
  • Accurately enter customer data into our system.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
