The Team You will be part of the Global IT Infrastructure & Operations leadership team , responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining enterprise-scale infrastructure solutions that support business-critical systems. The team collaborates across regions and functions to ensure reliable infrastructure operations, drive modernization initiatives, and support strategic technology roadmaps. Working closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, the team ensures infrastructure platforms remain secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals. The Role As a Senior MS Infrastructure Leader , you will lead the design and delivery of critical infrastructure solutions while overseeing operational stability and continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves working closely with cross-functional and cross-regional leadership to ensure seamless infrastructure operations and long-term technology roadmap execution.

Requirements

• Strong experience in enterprise infrastructure leadership and solution design .
• Proven ability to lead large-scale infrastructure initiatives and architecture decisions .
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated leadership in people management, team development, and stakeholder collaboration .
• Expertise in infrastructure architecture, deployment governance, and operational excellence .
• Strong ability to drive process improvements and infrastructure transformation initiatives .
• Experience managing third-party vendors and external technology partners .
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present strategy, roadmap, and operational updates to senior leadership .

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of critical infrastructure solutions to support enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global leadership teams to manage business-as-usual operations, resolve critical issues, and drive roadmap initiatives.
• Oversee architecture reviews and approvals to ensure infrastructure deployments meet enterprise standards.
• Provide technical advisory and leadership on infrastructure strategies, improvements, and best practices.
• Lead and manage infrastructure teams , ensuring strong collaboration, performance, and delivery.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives across infrastructure services.
• Coordinate and manage third-party vendors and external dependencies involved in infrastructure delivery.
• Provide regular status updates and strategic reporting to senior leadership , including roadmap progress, direction, and operational performance.
