Experience in a broad-base Automatic Data Processing (ADP) services environment, Navy Enterprise Resource Planning, Waypoints Learning Management System, Total Workforce Management Services, Human Resources Port, and online reservations. Works independently, may supervise/manage junior Information Management specialist(s).

Requirements

  • Six (6) years of professional experience in a broad-base Automatic Data Processing (ADP) services environment, Navy ERP, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Total Workforce Management Services, and HR knowledge/background.
  • Candidate will work on-site.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT related field is preferred.
  • DoD IAM Level III.
  • One of the following certifications is required - Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) - CISSP or CISSP Associate - GSLC
  • Security Clearance Secret
  • Navy HR Manager
  • ADP, LMS

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize data workflows within Navy ERP, Waypoints LMS, TWMS, HR Port, and related systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues and support users across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and maintain procedures for data accuracy, system use, and reporting.
  • Supervise and mentor junior Information Management Specialists.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with mission requirements.
  • Support IAM Level III standards and DoD information assurance policies
