Leidos is seeking an Industrial Security Representative (ISR)/FSO to support the Air Force Cloud 1 ACSS contract in Concord MA. The ISR/FSO is responsible for safeguarding industrial installations, resources, materials, tools, and information essential to the organization's operations. Protects and manages classified information and equipment developed by, or entrusted to, the organization, requiring in-depth understanding of security policies, procedures, and oversight requirements for the proper classification, access, handling, storage, and destruction of classified or sensitive material. Responsible for developing, implementing and analyzing programs ensuring adherence to federal laws, regulations and directives for classification management. Responsible for management of clearance prescreening, verification and maintenance, including upgrades or downgrades, crossovers of existing clearances, continuous vetting, and periodic reinvestigations at all clearance levels. Responsible for foreign visitor and facility access, special and restricted access programs, briefing and debriefing individuals on requirements and responsibilities of privileged access to sensitive programs. Senior levels may also include oversight of threat mitigation, including the planning, development and management of corporate asset protection programs. The ISR/FSO works under the guidance of the Leidos Defense & Intel IT, Business Area Security Manager in the application of Leidos security standards and practices to existing government facilities identified by the contract. The ISR/FSO is responsible for implementing the industrial security program and ensuring company and customer security requirements are met. The ISR/FSO will directly support the customer and be committed to protecting classified information, assets, and secure spaces. The candidate will serve as a security team member and will directly interface and collaborate with key leaders and customers. Specifically, the candidate will safeguard all assets and information and process/manage OSA and access control requirements and visit requests. This position will provide security management and implementation of security policies and procedures within the facility. Areas of emphasis are physical security, information security, OPSEC, and verification of clearances/accesses. The ISR/FSO will be required to interact with and provide security support to DoD officials. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
