A senior industrial engineer on the Industrial Engineering Solutions team is responsible for driving retail productivity improvements through the simplification of retail coffeehouse operations. This partner will engage in the development and full-scale implementation of coffeehouse solutions and systems in our retail store footprint. Day-to-day work will balance working as part of cross-functional productivity teams, as well as executing complex system-wide engineering, data analysis and experimentation objectives that increase operational simplicity over time. Requirements

BS or higher in engineering (industrial, mechanical, electrical engineering) or related technical discipline
Engineering (electrical, mechanical, chemical or industrial) with increasing scope and responsibilities (5+ years)
Technical project execution with demonstrated attention to detail and achieving results without direct supervision (+3 years)
Performance metrics development and root cause analysis 5-8 years
Project management (5+ years)
Supervision, including direct supervision of contractors 1-3 years

If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.
For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
