Primary Role The Senior Industrial Electrician plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of electrical systems within the mill, as a working lead on the shop floor. The Senior Industrial Electrician will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heavy industrial equipment. In addition to executing maintenance activities, they will serve as a coach and mentor to other craft personnel. They will support the Maintenance Coordinator and Maintenance Planner in ensuring work is executed at the highest standards and in accordance with the established work management processes.
