About The Position

The Senior Improvement Advisor leads, supports, and consults on performance improvement initiatives using the Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Execution Method. You’ll apply Lean, Six Sigma, the Model for Improvement, and robust data analytics to drive measurable outcomes across the enterprise, supporting Pharmacy. This role also develops and delivers training, coaching, and curriculum through the Continuous Improvement Academy while advancing change management maturity and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Process Improvement, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt coursework completion required; certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of quality/process improvement experience in healthcare preferred.
  • Strong skills in change management, data analytics, and workflow redesign.
  • Excellent communication and ability to teach and mentor at all organizational levels.
