Senior Implementations Manager (Partnerships)

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in implementation, client onboarding, or healthcare operations ideally with digital health companies growing through PBM or health plan partnerships or health plans
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with precision and accountability
- Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills, especially with operational and mid-senior leaders
- Technical and operational fluency in areas like data exchange, eligibility workflows, or healthcare integration
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate risks, navigate ambiguity, and drive outcomes independently
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations for large partners and health plans, serving as the primary operational contact during onboarding
- Translate client goals into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables; drive execution across internal and external teams
- Oversee technical and operational launch requirements, including eligibility validation, data integration workflows, marketing readiness, and client configuration
- Identify risks early, troubleshoot issues, and ensure launches stay on track.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by refining implementation processes, tools, and partner playbooks.
