Job Title Senior Implementations Advisor About your role: As a Senior Implementations Advisor, you will lead complex client implementations from planning through go-live, ensuring solutions are configured, tested, and deployed to meet client business and technical requirements. You will work closely with clients, project managers, product, and technical teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks. Your work helps our clients adopt Fiserv solutions efficiently and realize value quickly. What you'll do: Lead multiple concurrent client implementations, from requirements validation and solution design through deployment and post-implementation stabilization. Collaborate with clients to understand business processes, translate them into detailed implementation requirements, and align them with standard product capabilities. Configure solution settings and workflows, coordinating closely with technical, product, and quality assurance teams to ensure accurate setup and integration. Develop and execute implementation plans, including timelines, milestones, test plans, and cutover steps, while tracking progress and managing risks and dependencies. Facilitate client testing activities, including test case review, defect triage, and resolution, ensuring readiness for production go-live. Create and maintain client-facing implementation documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and operational handoff materials. Provide subject matter expertise during and after go-live to support knowledge transfer, issue resolution, and smooth transition to ongoing support teams. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in client implementations, professional services, or related roles delivering technology or payment solutions to external clients.
  • 8+ years of experience leading complex implementation projects, including requirements analysis, configuration, testing coordination, and go-live execution.
  • Experience communicating with stakeholders at multiple levels, managing issues and risks, and creating implementation documentation and process artifacts in a client-facing environment.
  • Experience using project tracking or collaboration tools (for example, Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms) to manage implementation activities and timelines.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, information systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience implementing financial services, banking, merchant acquiring, or payment processing solutions for enterprise or mid-market clients.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver client solutions.
  • Professional certification in project management or business analysis (for example, PMP, PMI-ACP, CBAP, or equivalent), or equivalent combination of training and experience.
