We are actively seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist with a robust background in deploying and optimizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems within Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), Community Health Centers, and Rural Health Clinics. Candidates should bring a minimum of ten years of specialized experience in this field, coupled with a proven track record of managing complex healthcare projects. The ideal applicant will possess deep-seated expertise in addressing the multifaceted administrative, clinical, regulatory, and reporting challenges endemic to these healthcare environments. A thorough understanding of various EMR and Practice Management (PM) systems is essential, as is a demonstrated capacity to innovate and adapt strategies that enhance customer success. Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience in deploying and optimizing EMR systems, specifically within Federally Qualified Health Centers, Community Health Centers, and Rural Health Clinics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex healthcare IT projects.
  • Deep understanding of administrative, clinical, regulatory, and reporting challenges in the healthcare sector.
  • Expertise in various EMR and Practice Management (PM) systems.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Proficient in tailoring healthcare technology solutions to meet organizational goals.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications in Project Management (PMP) and/or specific EMR systems are advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment and continuous enhancement of EMR systems across designated healthcare facilities.
  • Customize, configure, and optimize EHR, PM, Analytics, Reporting, and integration systems to meet the specific needs of each facility.
  • Develop and execute project plans that address the unique challenges and requirements of FQHCs, Community Health Centers, and Rural Health Clinics.
  • Strategically drive customer success by enhancing care delivery and operational efficiency through the CureMD platform.
  • Ensure systems are compliant with clinical, regulatory, and reporting standards.
  • Oversee the accurate and timely reporting of healthcare data to enhance clinical governance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with overall organizational goals.
  • Facilitate training and support for end-users to maximize system effectiveness and adoption.
