Project Overview: Port Arthur LNG, LLC (PALNG) is developing a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on a site located on the western shoreline of the Port Arthur Canal in Jefferson County, Texas. The project base scope willinclude two (2) identical LNG trains, two (2) LNG Storage Tanks, one (1) LNG Carrier Berth, and associated utilities/facilities. The Project is to be constructed on a parcel of land located along State Highway 87 south of PortArthur, Texas, between the inner coastal waterway bridge and Keith Lake. The Infrastructure Global Business Unit (GBU) is executing site civil and marine scopes of work associated with our scopes of work on the Energy GBULNG projects. As the #1 LNG EPC contractor by installed capacity, Bechtel has the capability to successfully deliver a broad range of LNG projects through our integrated EPC self-perform model, strategic partnerships, andproven experience in LNG project delivery. Partnering with Bechtel means lower cost, shorter delivery schedules, and greater certainty of outcomes for our customers.Job Summary: The position will be responsible for the commissioning and testing of the overall Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS) or a specific subsystem that may include but not limited to the Distributed Control System (DCS),Safety Instrumented System (SIS), the process Fire and Gas System (FGS), and subsystem Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC). The ICSS Specialist will work with project instrument, electrical, mechanical, and processengineers to commission all process control, safety requirements and system interfaces. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule if required, including, but not limited to nightshift, split shift, or day shift.
