About The Position

As a Senior ICC Inspector, you’ll be the go-to expert for construction materials testing and special inspections across high-profile commercial and industrial projects in the Denver metro area. You’ll lead field efforts, mentor junior technicians, and ensure that every structure meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. Responsibilities: Conduct advanced inspections and materials testing on active job sites. Prepare and review detailed inspection reports and test data. Collaborate with engineers and clients to ensure project specifications are met. Mentor and guide junior field staff, with potential to lead inspection teams. Travel locally to project sites (company vehicle provided). Work outdoors in varying terrain and weather conditions. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in construction observation, inspection, and testing.
  • ICC Commercial Building Inspector certification OR ICC Structural Steel & Bolting (required).
  • Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and plan-reading skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving history.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Commitment to safety and alertness in all work environments.

Nice To Haves

  • ACI Grade 1, WAQTC, and/or Nuclear Gauge certifications (preferred).
  • ACI Laboratory Certification (a plus).
