About The Position
Join Mullen Plumbing, Heating & Cooling as a Senior HVAC Technician in Charleston, WV You’ll become part of a skilled and dedicated team, showcasing your technical expertise while delivering top-tier service and solutions to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities and Duties Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on residential and commercial HVAC systems. Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues across a variety of HVAC equipment. Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes and safety standards. Accurately document service calls, repairs, and recommendations for clients. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding service findings and options. Collaborate with dispatch and customer service to optimize scheduling and workflow. Mentor junior technicians and apprentices, providing guidance and support. Participate in ongoing technical training and morning meetings to stay current with industry standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicle and tools. Submit invoices, timecards, and service documentation accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HVAC service and repair.
- Valid WV HVAC license
- EPA certification
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through.
